Not enough discussions go into deciding which materials are best suited for each patient. With our vast experience using the newest and latest technologies, we have been able to assist in determining which materials would be most appropriate. Oftentimes, the newest materials are not the best for certain indications, and we have no problem declining to continue cases due to our lack of understanding of materials that are requested. Just because the newest and latest CAD/CAM trends and materials are available, doesn’t mean they are always the best option. We only use materials that work best in our hands that have been thoroughly and vigorously tested. We stand by our products as we ensure our prosthetics are manufactured without taking short cuts. This philosophy is what sets us apart from others.
We are always happy to provide custom shade-taking consultations on complex cases that may require more in-depth communication in order to achieve a predictable and favorable outcome for all parties involved. Sometimes, understanding the history of how and why we are at the point of restoring a patient’s dental needs is just as important as getting to the final product, itself.
